The service
Nekuda is the app for Apple Watch and Wear OS and the server that keeps the score in sync between watches. By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Free, as is
Nekuda is provided free of charge and as is. We do our best to make it work well, but we do not promise that it will be available at every moment, free of bugs or without interruptions. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
What you type
Your nickname, player names and any other text you enter are your responsibility. Do not type offensive content, other people's personal details without their permission, or anything that is against the law. What you type is shown to the other participants in your session.
Not an official record
The score Nekuda shows is an aid for the game, not an official record. It is not proof of a match result, does not replace an umpire and is not intended for official competitions. If there is a dispute about the score, the call is yours, not the app's.
Abuse
We may block an installation or a session that is used abusively, for example flooding the server, attempted intrusion, disrupting other users or offensive content, without prior notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of Nekuda or the inability to use it, including loss of match data.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and say so in the app or on the website. Continuing to use Nekuda after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
